Did Old People (Like Me) Ruin Facebook For People In Their 20s?

Back when Facebook first came out…people in their 20s were in college and since ONLY those with a .edu email address could use it…well, it was THEIRS. 

Now Facebook is made up of OLD people (like me) posting ridiculous inspirational quotes (that they don’t live by)…photos of themselves smiling and happy with their spouse (who they actually cheated on the night before)…updates about every fucking move their new baby makes…photos of themselves with their friends at a bar trying too hard to look stylish (and stay awake)…etc.

It’s no wonder people in their 20s don’t use it anymore. Maybe there should be a week when all the old people get off Facebook and GIVE IT BACK to them….

If you had asked me to name a CEO when I was in high school….I would have looked at you like you were fucking nuts (I didn’t even know what “CEO” stood for).

But ask a kid today…and they will rattle off about 10 of them (probably including a friend of theirs or two).

So go ahead and take your pot shots at Gen-Y or Gen-Z or whatever the hell you’re calling them…….I personally think they are BAD ASS!!!
